Esti and Mendi just got engaged and everybody's ecstatic; except Kobi who happens to know that Mendi has serious psychological and psychiatric issues, information which Mendi's family deliberately withheld from Esti and her family. Kobi knows that if he tells Esti's family they will not only break the shidduch, but they will also tell Mendi's family how they found out this information and thus violate the issur of rechilus. Should Kobi tell Esti's family what he knows or not?
